I did not like it. The people are nice though. Palermo Hollywood and Soho are very walkable hipster neighborhoods, kinda remind me of the chill parts of Barcelona. Food is hit or miss. For a country that's known for steak, most steak here is overcooked, low quality meat, without flavor. I heard it was better 10-20 years ago when the cows weren't factory farmed here. Now the free roaming cows are exported to US and Europe, while Argentineans eat the low quality cow meat. The other food than ste

The other reviews are right—it's a good city with excellent value for money. The people are nice enough. The infrastructure is good. You *should* like it, but you don't—it's incredibly, incomprehensibly boring. The vibe is aggressively lukewarm. You will find more excitement in a rural Japanese village than here—I'm not joking.

Definitely worth visiting but not particularly attractive as a remote work destination. I can't think of anything Seoul does better than other Asian cities outside of just being cool because it's South Korean (and I don't mean that sarcastically at all, South Korea is a very cool place). But again, do visit.

Penang is really, really hot and humid. It's pretty affordable but it's relatively small. Personally, I think traveling Penang is great because you have a mix of cultures but I couldn't stay here for a longer time because it is so unbelievable hot.

The island is beautiful. Many tourists, especially for overrated Full Moon Party that elevates prices a lot. Roads are in good condition, you would need a scooter to get around, tourists drive very bad and irresponsibly. Wear a helmet! It is not a computer game, do not let the paradise island delude you, there are many accidents. A few places to work from. To get here you need to fly to Samui or Surat Thani and then take a ferry. Hong Kong is a great city with dense urban areas but also nature and hiking routes only 15 minutes away. There are restaurants for every taste and budget, from the best US fast casual chains to high end Michelin star restaurants. It's also extremely safe, despite recent political instability.

I lived in Kraków for 13 years. Before I was nomad I worked in Kraków from office, studied here. I see lots of reviews mention Stare Miasto. In fact biggest gem these days is Podgórze neighbourhood, for lots of locals and expats this is trending area now. Siargao is a vibrant Island. Known for its beautiful surfing beaches, both for beginners and professionals Siargao also offers some great parties, almost every night and a nice mix of restaurants. You will see many people in General Luna, but the Island doesn’t feel too crowded, even in peak season. Internet is not great, but you can find places with 100-200/mps

Can’t recommend Ubud. It’s just the same overdeveloped and overpriced mentally isolated tourist trap that is Canggu, just a bit worse. If you have never been anywhere else, it might be okay for 2 weeks, but to any seasoned traveller it’s a the type of place you dread.

A great place if you speak Russian or Armenian, somewhat less so English. Good food, friendly people, nature around (eg in Lori) is just insane.

I have spend a few days in Da Nang in January and its one of the only cities in Vietnam, I absolutely couldnt find aything positive about. It felt dead to me. Almost no people there and it feels like the city doesnt have a soul. I would even go so far to say the city is the only place in Asia that made me feel unformfortable. Cant recommend it. Furthermore i got a food poisoning there. So the overall experience wasnt good.

This city doesn't deserve to be ahead of cities like Da Nang or Chiang Mai. Still way to underdeveloped. Yes a lot of coffees for wifi but dirty and overall not great conditions for nomads. You'll not find almost any nomads there. I would skip it.

Amazingly calm and chill place. I loved it here. It still has a lot of peaceful roads to drive around on your motorbike. It feels like you're driving through the jungle a lot. The food quality is great here, a lot of organic options, because the Ubud hippies apparently all moved here in 2020 COVID and it shows. Great nature around. Very calm and silent place overall. High recommendation. Could see myself living here for longer!

I love Taipei, extremely underrated place—not sure why, though I'm fine with that. The cleanliness, amenities, and kindness of the people will remind you of Tokyo.

Stayed in PP for around 2 months. I would say it appeals to a certain type of person. Unlike capital cities in neighboring countries, I found the vibe to be more relaxed. The city basically shuts down at 9pm. I would say if you want to visit, you should be willing to invest more in accomodations. I tried keeping my budget similar to those in Bangkok and that was my biggest mistake of my stay here. The Airbnbs I booked for around $20-25 a night had very slow wifi, no hot water or no water at all
