I did not like it. The people are nice though. Palermo Hollywood and Soho are very walkable hipster neighborhoods, kinda remind me of the chill parts of Barcelona. Food is hit or miss. For a country that's known for steak, most steak here is overcooked, low quality meat, without flavor. I heard it was better 10-20 years ago when the cows weren't factory farmed here. Now the free roaming cows are exported to US and Europe, while Argentineans eat the low quality cow meat. The other food than ste

I've been hanging out in Berlin on and off for 30 years. It is very safe for women. It is much friendlier than it used to be. There are loads of vegan restaurants now. I have spend a few days in Da Nang in January and its one of the only cities in Vietnam, I absolutely couldnt find aything positive about. It felt dead to me. Almost no people there and it feels like the city doesnt have a soul. I would even go so far to say the city is the only place in Asia that made me feel unformfortable. Cant recommend it. Iโ€™ve been to 14 countries across 4 continents and travelled most of the US and I must say Havana is probably the most incredible city I have ever been to but is probably better suited for a vacation than for nomading. Itโ€™s not difficult to find wifi as most airbnbs and restaurants have it but itโ€™s not reliable if you have important video conferencing calls or need to constantly stream something. Since most industries are publicly owned by the government, thereโ€™s a deep lack of commerci

  • Ko Chang

Spent 2 months in 2011 and 3 month in 2012, amazing chill place. Waterfalls, wildlife, white sand beaches, local authentic fishermen villages (on both sides of island). One of my favorite places in Thailand, miss it so much (been in Samui, Chiang Mai, Pai, BKK, Pattaya, Ranong, total 2 years). Pai and Koh Chang, and Pattaya, are my top favorite places in Thailand.

Love Edinburgh. A very historic place that's just generally lovely to enjoy! It's actually not as Scottish as Glasgow. There is a huge English population, as well as many other cultures. A lovely city to spends hours walking around.

You'll be surprised how people are welcoming. Food is the best thing. Everything is cheap. But consider govt is religous, woman have to wear hijab. I think safety is not that bad, just don't go outside very late, there isn't night life there at all and watch out when you use your mobile in street. Before going there, get a vpn subscription from ExpressVpn (it works great), without vpn internet is nearly useless. It's a great place for a short visit, but not recommended for a long time stay. No i
