Hi there, anyone working as a nomad in the biotech / e-health / digital health field?
Would be interested in your story and how you are earning money.

tl;dr: introduce yourself in this thread.
We must all get sick of the same backpacker travel questions when we meet new friends, I know I do.
You know the ones - where are you from, where’ve you been, where are you going, what do you do, how long have you been doing it - etc.
The novelty of answering these questions wears off after maybe a week, but they’re nonetheless insightful and no matter how much we hate them, we find ourselves asking others.
So let’s bring the dreaded backpacker questionnaire to NomadForum and introduce ourselves shall we?
**
- what’s your name?
- where are you from?
- how long have you been away from home?
- what do you do?
- where are you currently?
- where are you going?
- what has been memorable for you so far?
- will you go home anytime soon?
- what have you learnt during your time as a nomad?
- [insert your own question here]

No need to answer them all if you don’t want to
But the more you share… The merrier!
I am considering moving to Ho chi Minh to work on some projects for several months. I was all set to go until I was reading about the issues with bag snatching and reading blogs about getting robbed. I lived in manila and Iloilo for awhile and in the Philippines and had no issues but I was also younger and more care free.
It seems like a good place to get started. But could anyone comment on the issues with safety.
I just really need a good cheap place where I can be really productive for 6-9 weeks and really take my programming skills to the next level. I was hoping I could do that in ho chi minh. But perhaps it is not suitable, I also don’t feel like stressing out about my bag all day as well.
I did chiang mai this time last year and it was good but I also got bored after awhile. Would Da nang or hoi ann be less stressful in terms of bag snatching?
Are there regular meetups for Nomads in Berlin? I will be spending a month in Berlin and would like to meet and get to know the community. I had a great experience in Ubud, Bali (meetups, workshops, idea exchanges etc) and looking for something similar in Berlin. Any thoughts and ideas?
Thank you,
Inna
