Bali for grownups. It's perfectly safe. I could walk in 95% areas of Floripa at night with my phone taken out without any feeling of danger. Safer than Rio, for sure. Great for tourism, bad for living. The City has a fascinating contrast of old and new. You will never get bored, it’s easy to meet people and have fun. Infrastructure and food are great. I've been in Phuket for about a month now. Most of that time I've spent in Ka Ron and Kata beach area, but also have been to Chalong, Pa Tong, Rawai, and Kathu. Lived here for over a year, but I only recommend short visits. Contrary to what you hear, there is plenty of crime in parts of Dubai. Talking about that crime is considered taboo and, in many cases, is illegal. Sexual assault and gang violence against expats took place just outside my building, to people who lived in my building. Nice place to live, but for travel not sure. Things are very expensive if you want to stay in a hotel and eat out most of the time. Price for cafe is not that crazy but still not the reasonable. Not many fun places to go as a traveler. But if you have a place you can cook by yourself, have some friends to hang out, and enjoy simple and quite lifestyle, then I do recommend to come Stockholm. I'm enjoying a peaceful and calm daily life here!

Didn't like this city that much. Been there twice and honestly it has nothing so special. Just the DUOMO in the center is the main great scenery but besides that, nothing in particular to bother for.
