Probably biggest pro of Katowice is cheap and big airport. Think of most boring city you've been to, Katowice itself is even more boring. I don't know how this place made it to nomadlist. However there are nice cities around which seem nice destinations for nomads like Gliwice, Bielsko-Biała, Pszczyna, Żywiec.
