Not really. But there was an airport there with lots of connections to the rest of Europe and very cheap flights. Now both ryanair and wizzair are leaving, and the airport might die.

I've been here 3 years and mostly enjoyed my time. Most Bosnians, especially the younger generation speak English, older people usually don't at all.

There's quite a bit of smog her during winter so hopefully you can avoid the worst of it.

Internet speed is surprisingly good - I have a 200/10 megabyte internet at home for example and internet in cafes is pretty reliable.

I'm in a WhatsApp group with 300 or so foreigners that stay in Sarajevo so if you're interested we can add you.
