The air quality in Baguio is awful. I left with a cough and sore throat. Streets are crowded. Lots of traffic. Internet is not very stable. Head north to Sagada for a much more beautiful place in the mountains—equally unstable internet but at least the food and air quality are better in Sagada!

Locals smoke everywhere, all the time, including inside hospitals and schools. This is illegal in Taiwan, but not enforced in Kinmen. Traffic safety is awful. The police will not investigate traffic incidents and people responsible are not held accountable. This county is not female-friendly.
