Great place to set up your business/residency as the tax is 10x lower than in Spain. Apart from that, Andorra is a ski/mountain town. There are also some great spas & thermal baths. In the past years, a lot of rich DNs moved there from Spain to establish residence and take advantage of the tax breaks. It's a bit on the expensive side, I'd recommend it if you want to escape Barcelona for a few days. In COVID times, there were almost no cases or restrictions.

For a European capital, there's not much to do. It's extremely overpriced for what it offers. Did not find the locals nearly as friendly as sources say. Food is very meh. Grocery stores are disorganized and everything close to expiry. You will have to beg and compete to find a dump of an apartment for under $2,000 euro/month. Málaga is great. I don't agree on the comment that says it is not used to digital nomads, the person hasn't made a proper research. There are a lot of hostels, amazing night life, people are very cool and respectful, young people know English, and it has lots of COWORKING areas, even in banks. Lisbon is getting expensive and Porto is still affordable, cheap except to the locals. They can't even rent or buy there anymore. If you go to Porto or similar and pay for overpriced housing and services, you will be contributing to this small city becoming even more expensive. Portugal is small so Portuguese people don't have anywhere else to go. When Porto becomes expensive like Lisbon you can just go away, but the locals can't. They opened their doors to you, be respectful.

Lived there last September and October and am coming back later this year. Yes, it is expensive, but after a while I learned about affordable places to eat and realized I could choose neighborhoods farther from city center, and it would still be nice. City feels super safe, even at nigh! I agree with people that there are many areas very close to the city center that are dirty and perhaps not very safe to walk around at night.
