Any co-working spaces in Accra, Ghana?

My fiancée and I are most likely moving to NYC (maybe DC) in August, and as a technical startup co-founder I'd love to meet new people that are also into startups. Would joining a co-working space be worth the money to do this?

I work for a big tech company that has an office in NYC, but it's mainly sales so I wouldn't be able to meet others that are related to any of my 9-5 work or likely into tech.

If co-working spaces, post covid of course, aren't a good way to meet business starting people in a new city, what is?

We are hoping to become nomads soon and have booked an AirBnB in September in Goa for our first destination. We are considering what would be the best option for accommodation after that. We are trying to decide between co-living spaces, hostels, or Airbnbs.

What are your experiences of accommodation in terms of the following: reliable wifi, social aspect, pricing, cleanliness, cooking facilities?

I’m a big believer in co-living but I’m finding hard to find all the options available in different cities.

I have found the major players like Roam, The Collective, and WeLive but haven’t found many others.

Has anyone seen a list or should I start making one?

Daily/hourly pass needed.
Can’t work in normal café because having client’s laptop for security reasons, can’t use open networks. Working for R&D. Also laptop is so huge it doesn’t fit normal cafe environment because it’s far from discreet.

• available weekday evenings (we usually do 6-9pm)

Sometimes because of my line of work I need to be awake when everyone is sleeping on the country I am in (but I know I am not the only one!). Is there a website where a community of people can rate and review co-working spaces around the world? I’m in a nice place right now, and about to start on toward the next destination, I’d love to review the coworking space I’m currently sitting in and start planning for the next stop.

I know that there are some threads around here about it, but I’d love to search “Taipei” and see a list of them with reviews from actual nomads (rather than the hap-hazard websites the coworking spaces make about themselves).

Not in the hearth of the city (out of noise) but 10 minutes from the centre on the main tramline. (No. 4-6.) I was reviewing posts from last year about certain cities in Mexico (PV, PDC), so I’m hoping to expand a little. It also appears that there were struggles with internet speed. I will require fast/reliable internet to work - webinars (GTM), demos, software testing, etc.

Best cities/location:

1. Co-working/working
2. If no co-working spaces, Airbnb suggestions with reliable internet
3. Any improvement in internet speeds you’ve noticed since last year (where ever you were)?

I’m staying in Weligama on the coast for a month in a rented house, but I need to spend one day in Colombo because my flight is at night. So, do you know any good place to hang out and work? Maybe a nice coffee shop or a coworking place? I also have my family with me, so if they have some cool attraction nearby (say, park or playground) to spend time at that would add points.

I was only passing through Colombo on my way to the South and it looked to me like a hectic place, so if anyone has firsthand experience that would be awesome.
