How do you avoid RSI while working remotely?

It’s been a while that I work long hours in front of my computer, and even though I have a pretty descent chair at home, when I’m on the road, it is quite a worry to figure out how to handle my chair situation. Especially the last 2 years, it got worse and I’m almost scared to not be able to work enough because of my back problems. I just wanted to know if anybody has the same problem, if anybody has some magic tricks, tips or equipment.
