How to find a place to rent in Canggu for short-term?

I'm planning to stay in Seville for 6 weeks for mid January - end of February. Do you any recommandations for a coliving or a place to live in?

Background:
I’m an EU national IT specialist, recently decided to become a digital nomad. I just left my permanent job in Germany and opened a UK based LTD (for a better taxation) to start a new career as remote working IT contractor. I also want to become a UK resident and pay personal income tax there BUT I don’t want to rent/buy a place because I have no interest in physically living in the UK, as a nomad I will be traveling abroad 100% of the time.

So I just need a UK address where I’m registered as a resident and could receive mail, but I would never actually be there. I could rent a place and keep it empty but that would be a total waste of money.

Question:
How do I find somebody who could give me an official residence at his/her address and keep my name on the door? I’m ok with paying a reasonable monthly fee for this “service” (but not as high as a rent), and give assurance in whatever form that I will never pretend to physically live there. I have no close friends in the UK to ask for this favor, and trying to propose this to a random landlord would be just weird since they are not familiar with the needs of a digital nomad.

Maybe you guys can suggest me somebody who understand the situation and want to make some extra cash every month to pay the bills? I’m ready to meet in person, provide full proof of identity or any other document, and to make a written agreement that gives the landlord the freedom to cancel this “situation” at any time.

Note:
This is NOT for tax evasion, it’s the opposite! I WANT to pay full tax as UK resident, I just don’t want to waste money on a rent which I will literally never use.

How do you track a total number of days you’ve spent in different countries during the past 12 months?

I find it to be important for visa and tax purposes to know how long and where I’ve been and I’m unable to find any software that solves this.

For those constrained by their business’ time zone, how do you manage this?

My home office is in Los Angeles – though I could swing anything in Central/South America, I’m looking at going to Lisbon or Chiang Mai for a bit. Both of them are >=8hrs difference potentially wreaking havoc on the work + social life + sleep split. This is a common question for nomads but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of posting on the site about it.

What do you guys think? Any Americans working in Asia or Europe that does it well? I could likely negotiate with my supervisor to work in Eastern standard if I was in Lisbon/Europe, which wouldn’t be too much of a stretch. Noon 'til 8pm. A bit more manageable than Chiang Mai or Bali.

I am finding it very difficult to find properties in AirBnB within a reasonable budget and makaan and magicbricks is cumbersome.

Anyone has had any experience on best approach to find where to stay?

My wife and I are both nomadic performers traveling the world full time for the last 10 years, we tend to stay in a place for around 3 months then move on. We are about to have our first kid, our main concern is how our kid is going to make friends and build relationships being nomadic, How do you deal with this and help your kids with this aspect of our lifestyle.

I’m looking at El Pabelado, but on Airbnb it’s all like $1500, when I know the real rent price there for a 1br should be $600.

Hello, my boyfriend and I are looking for a room or flat to rent in London for a month starting 24th September. South East would be ideal but we’re not too picky. AirBnB results are a bit uninspiring/pricey and Spare Room is full of rubbish so if any nomads are looking to fill their room we’ll gladly sublet off you! I’m hoping for some advice from people who’ve lived in Ubud or Canggu. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each place? If you’ve lived in both, which did you prefer and why? (e.g. surfing vs yoga, or varying WiFi availability, or better accommodation, or number of nomads)

If you are living and working out of Thailand (UTC+07:00) but work with people in the New York EST (UTC-05:00) Time Zone, how do you deal / handle the time difference and still be able to enjoy or make the most of the experience without turning into a tired night owl zombie?

Better yet, what do you find to be the benefits / drawbacks of having to work on such a schedule? (specially in Thailand)

Any advice from those who have done it for a long time? (2+ months)
