Absolutely worth visiting. Kyiv has many wonderful, modern, cheap, interesting restaurants and areas to check out. Some amazing bars and Georgian food. A major city but still slowly becoming more English-speaking and international. Some great Airbnbs and some really hilariously bad ones. A city with many facets.

The best thing about Lviv is that it feels quite alive, with a quite positive vibe. Many young students and tourists all year round, as well as good cafes (Black Honey, Svit Kavy) and decent bars (Pravda). Recommended and usually much cheaper than Kiev.

House rents are very expensive compared to average salaries. also the apartments are very old and gloomy. This problem exists all over Ukraine. The house is pretty cheap except for their rent. and safe city. A safer city than Kiev and Odessa.

Charming old town, with a italian/french architecture, the rest is Soviet style + it has a multiethnic diverse community inside it. Cheap cafes + restaurants/pubs and so on. The narrow streets + the main pedestrian side are a beauty in disguise so you people should take the chance in seeing it.
