Athens is a fantastic city. Locals are friendly and food is fantastic. There isn't a huge amount to do, but for a short stay it's definitely worth the visit.

The other reviews are right—it's a good city with excellent value for money. The people are nice enough. The infrastructure is good. You *should* like it, but you don't—it's incredibly, incomprehensibly boring. The vibe is aggressively lukewarm. You will find more excitement in a rural Japanese village than here—I'm not joking.

Valencia is just a paradise on earth, and you realise it when you feel so blessed just walking around in this vibrant yet calm, small yet big city. The parks, the activities, the beaches everything is accessible and affordable. Life is simple here and you do not need much to have a nice life, we all do the same things. This is a gem in Europe and we are blessed to have found it.

Budapest was on my list about cities for living. I stayed for 7 days and was a little disappointed People are not very friendly, lots os places very dirty, people smoke a lot and the costs isn't affordable as people indicated here. Its a beautiful place, walkable, people have a good level of education, lots of things to do, but not as i imagined. Even so its a nice place.

Beautiful city! Many amazing spots to take great photos of the buildings, bridges, the sea, and mosques. The people here are generally very nice. However, there are a lot of tourist traps, scammers, and sketchy taxi drivers. It takes a long time to get anywhere in the city, drivers don't accept ride share requests, taxi's try to make up prices that are double or triple and don't use their meter, they will also ask you where you are going and many of them will not drive you because they don't

Spent 10 months here in 2019 (Nyuh Kuning) and another 10 mo in 2023 (Penestanan). Worked at Outpost, which had reliable internet and organized socials. Met some folks starting up a business or working remote. Around 3pm (or 9am Moscow time) the ambient language shifted to Russian. Before you come, learn to ride a scooter. Seriously. Noisy, dirty, chaotic, incredibly beautiful and kind people. Avoid staying next to a rice field during burning season.
