I come from venezuela and the hospitals are definitely not great, my family have to go to Colombia to get treatment when they get sick so you get an idea of the condition of the health care system in Venezuela. The rest of the pros and cons are pretty accurate 👌🏼

I don't know exactly how Barcelona is still considered safe but it's far from it. It's probably the most dangerous city to live in Madrid and one of the most dangerous in europe, with constant pick-pocketing and even violent crimes to get your wallet and phone in certain areas. If you like a peaceful life, Barcelona is not the place anymore!!

Lived here for 6 months 2X over the last few years. This city is so under the radar. While medellin is overrun with gringos you will find very few here. International food is quite good and you will even find michelen starred restos here. Internet is great, and many cafes or coworking/weworks to work out of. Absolutely loved it! The largest old city in the country, great souvenir shopping (loads of cat themes, good quality, better souvenirs then Budva and other places), loads of real cats, breathtaking views, very friendly local people, everything is super close. Great city! Buenos Aires feels like a European capital located in Latin America (at roughly half the cost). Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and etc. Uber and ride-share apps are very responsive & inexpensive here, but they are also not the greatest cars. The public transportation is also good. The language exchange events here are the best I have seen, heard of, or been to for those who are trying to learn languages or network with a wide variety of locals and internationals. O
