Summers in Tallinn are very pleasant (if not the best, tbh). There is no need for a car or a bus to move from one point to another in the city center. This is a really cute little city with friendly people, high level of English and good prices. Restaurants were so-so, smoking everywhere which is terrible if you want to be able to eat your meal without choking on smoke, and bad air quality in winter. Beyond those two negative points, it has a lot to offer.

Groningen is easy going but very international.
