Hi,
This article inspired me to think about automating more parts of my business. What tools do you use to do this? Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I would love to hear what you'd like me to build next on Nomad List, or any other product/feature feedback ideas you have.
It's been 6+ years now but I'm in this for the long term and with the boost remote work got last year it's even more exciting to work on Nomad List than ever.
Current roadmap is here: twitter.com/levelsio/status/1363204985488572417?s=20 and pbs.twimg.com/media/EusS9PKXEAUR8xp?format=jpg&name=4096x4096
The next products/features I have planned:
- ๐ Rebase: visa, residency and immigration services for remote workers
- ๐Courses: learn the steps how to go remote and travel/relocate
- ๐ Gov liaison: diplomacy services to the governments to help us lobby for nomads and for them to attract remote workers
Thanks a lot!
What are the best places right now in the Caribbean/LatAM? (Also cheapest flights/accommodation?) Asking from the US.
As part of signing up for this website I was hoping I would come across a list of Visa and/or Residency requirements by country ideally in a table format to assist with decision making. Does anybody recommend any other websites that might present the information in this format (or Google Spreadsheet)?
I love living in walkable areas of town. I can always find them. But now I'm wondering where in the world are the most walkable places? I'm imagining walk streets (no cars), zoning allowing both business and residential, parks or beaches ,etc.
Hi guys,
After the Netherlands, the Bay Area, Colorado and being on the van life for 8 months, I am now in Sedona, AZ with a few other digital nomads. We are sharing a home here and are wondering if there are more like minded people in the area.
We do a bunch of hikes and campouts in the northern of Arizona. If you would like to connect with us, please do so :)

Has anyone figured out a way to get setup with a virtual number and internet connection anywhere you go?
Hi everybody. I live and work in Germany and want to go to Canary Islands for 6 months to work from there. I'm going to keep my current job, just change the "home" in the home office part of things. Are there any tax issues I have to be aware of? I was reading about becoming a residence after 183 days, thus having to pay taxes there plus my employer having to register there. Does anybody know how it works exactly? Thanks a lot!
Winter is coming and Iโm feeling the ache of travelling after being stuck in the same place since the Pandemic started. Wondering if anyone is travelling right now? If so, where are you currently located and how is the situation where you are?
I have an commerce website. We get around 1000 orders per month and this is going to get quite a bit bigger in next few years.
I am British. I live in Thailand.
Im not allowed to majority own a Thai business and small foreign entrepreneurs are not really welcome. So i need an offshore company.
I need PayPal and an ecommerce internet merchant account. Also looking at alternatives like worldpay. 2checkout etc
Does PayPal need me to be a resident to the country i register my account to? Are there complications being a non resident to get other payment solutions?
Apparently in Hong Kong you need 2 years trading history to get an Internet Mechant Account and they generally turn their noses up at those with less than $1m(us) a year turn over. Singapore seems a bit easier.
I really want to avoid paperwork and book keeping. I hate it.
So i was looking at Seychelles, Panama, BVI, Belize.
Does anyone have experience with payment providers in these countries?
Most nomads i see donโt really have a high volume of small monthly transactions which i do. Im going around in circles and donโt know where to start.
Ill also need a bank account for business and a personal bank account to pay my salary into
Hello guys, I was wondering if anyone had any experience in opening a business bank account in Hong Kong. Iโm getting all the paperwork ready to incorporate in Seychelles and open the bank account but the agency that is helping me says Hong Kong bankers are getting more picky. They are asking me for business โproofโ since iโve always ran my sites as an individual I wonder if just proof of payment from ad networks is enough. If you have any advice it would be much welcomed.
Hey nomads,
Iโm looking for the best location to incorporate my online business (offshore programming and so on).
The main requirements:
Iโm only one owner of the company (not EU/US resident).
Iโve checked jurisdictions like BVI/Belize/Nevis and iโm interested in it. It would be appreciated if you could give me some kind of advice, if you have experience with one of these jurisdictions.
My budget for incorporation < $1500
Thanks!
Paywithfire is an online bank from Ireland that provides accounts in Euro & Sterling for UK or Irish companies. (with no debit/credit card)
The website allegedly allows to open a bank account online.
However, there business service seems to be in beta mode since a long time and there is no information about it.
So Iโm finding if you have a small online business, maintaining a corporation in a country that has many rules is just a headache. Lots of forms to file and even if you use an accountant you have to bring them up to speed, give them documents and receipts, itโs almost the same amount of workโฆOn the other hand, you save some money and donโt usually make pension contributions.
Has anyone found a solution thatโs easier? Like giving the business to a friend or family member and they can wire you funds as an employee perhaps?
Iโm looking to outsource a portion of my business. I would appreciate your thoughts if you have experience in either place.
I need someone who speaks and writes near native English.
Does not have to be a college graduate but should be self motivated.
Access to high speed internet
Do you think I could find someone with the above criteria in Lima or Medellin? Any idea what I should expect to pay someone like that?
Hi,
Iโm a nomad running a marketing business remotely, currently helping small businesses by writing content/copy, advising on marketing strategies and online marketing, and providing website reviews.
I need to โniche downโ my target market and Iโm thinking about aiming my services towards nomadic business owners/start ups.
As a nomadic business owner, what are your main issues? Do you outsource your marketing? Would a fellow nomadic marketer be more attractive for you since they understand your situation better than someone sitting in an office somewhere? This would help me no end in terms of market research.
Many thanks!
Hello,
I want to start a nomad lifestyle, and Iโm having a litle trouble to start earning money from freelancing jobs out of Portugal. I have 2 businesses here, but have a plan to start my own business on social media marketing for hotels and tourism destinations.
I really want to start travel, Bali, Australia, Indonesiaโฆ
All the best for you
