I live in Budapest but have started traveling around a lot through Central/Eastern Europe as a nomad, but I need a local SIM to work-does anyone have any suggestions/advice for the best SIM for Romania? Preferably with lots of data and the option to tether?

Im planning to spend the summer in the Black Sea coast, starting June. Now Im between Varna, Bulgaria or Constanta, Romania.
Anyone stayed there in the summer? I would like to know which one is better regarding: WIFI, apartaments, beaches and entertainment (restaurants/open air activities).

I am considering to spend sometime in Cluj from around August. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to find an affordable room? Or maybe even have a spare room? It should be as cheap as possible, but I also donโt need much. A bed and wifi are almost enoug. 
toilet and small kitchen would also be nice. Shared flat would also be fine.
Every hint is appreciated!

Hi all, my husband and I have been living in Bulgaria for the past month and were hoping to travel to Greece next. Have any UK nationals entered Greece lately? I believe that anyone entering Greece requires a negative COVID test 72 hours before travel - is this what they are requiring at the borders please? (Reason we ask is for Bulgaria we filled out forms but weren't asked for them) Thanks.
