LOL everything described in nomadlist is pretty much wrong. Granada is the cheapest city in spain. It's super fun and have lot to do for parties, food ect... This is ridicoulous. Please update with real data!

I would recommend a short visit of max. 2 weeks.

The weather is AMAZING but the city itself gets boring after 2 days and apart from the historic center most neighborhoods are not pretty to look at. The beaches are not very beautiful. The museums are not impressive and people are not used to digital nomads so if you're not fluent in Spanish it will be nearly impossible to make friends. Public transportation works quite well but to get to the better hiking spots you will need a ren

Marbella is probably the best place on the European mainland, warm and mild weather, big international community,(German, English, Scandinavian) fast and stable Internet, very relaxed about drugs and prostitution. It is the safest for female travellers, the police detains every man that verbally or fiscally abuses a woman. Prices go from 20€ a night to over 200€, that is why there are real successful digital nomads here, no "Tramps" with laptops. If you avoid the city centre and Puerto Banus

Valencia has it all, good weather, beach, plethora of bars and restaurants, safe environment and great mix of old/modern architecture. It's a very friendly place with an excellent cost/value relationship. It's a stunning base to explore the natural parks and the gorgeous coast in the South. After living in so many digital nomad hotspots over the last 10 years, Valencia is definitely my favorite. Make sure to stay in the nice neighborhood of Ciutat Vella or Gran Via

High speed internet in Fes, Morocco ? Yes, it' possible. Visit Café Clock, on rue Talaa Kebira (actually its located on a small street perpendicular to Talaa Kebira, simply look for the sign) We've been on the hunt to find high speed internet in Fes and the only place we've find is this great restaurant/cafe. Internet speed was between 40mbs and 101mbs. A few electric plugs and a very nice menu (finally a place serving other things than tagine or couscous) Delicious vegan options, fresh juices

Weather is great even in December and the clubbing scene is fun. There's lots to do and it's a beautiful city overall. You have to watch out for pickpockets but as long as you aren't leaving things unattended or obviously in your pockets you'll be fine. If you're into hostels, Hostel One Paralelo is BY FAR the best hostel in the area, worth every penny. Will definitely be back, and I never say that.

I would definitely recommend visiting but not during summer as it can get really hot. My first day here it was 42 degrees and really dry. It has gotten better so I would say visit around August or later. Marrakesh is lovely but very touristy and I can only imagine how things were pre-pandemic. Since it is very touristy, locals are more lenient when it comes to what you choose to wear which helps a lot when it's really hot. Obviously, you stil

Unbelievably a great place to live! Forget Pattaya downtown and go for Jomtiem instead, with a more family-oriented enviroment, delicious street food and russian/scandinavian communities. You can live in great places with seaview paying less than you would pay for a regular place in Bangkok, with all the traffic and pollution. Also, Koh Larn island, an island 20 minutes far by boat is a gift, with pristine and clean beaches like the most famous islands in Thailand.

Overall I do not recommend it. Its not terrible but overall theres better options in asia. The city is constantly busy, noisy and polluted (air and landscapes). You can hardly go out for breeze of fresh air or to relax and ease your mind. There is not much nature, beach or mountains for you to escape. The Shaftsbury Hotel is modern with two convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurants, dental, and more in the actual building. There is a rain fountain in "mall" of the building that would be Putrajaya's attempt at Singapore's airport one. The location is also literally right across from the bigger mall that has restaurants, international grocery store, movie theater, bowling, electronics, etc. It's a safe a

Honestly, this is an awesome place to be if you're actually trying to get work done. It's a bit of an older vibe than Canggu, and there's certainly a big chunk of yogi's kicking around — but I liked it much better than Canggu and found it less pretentious. Plus, you can drive down there in 45mins whenever you want some beach or party vibes. As others mentioned, there's some great coworking spaces, cheap warungs, some really nice spots to stay cheaply if you go just outside of the mad tourist
