It used to be a nice city for nomads, but its out-priced now and don't recommend it. I came to Las Palmas Gran Canaria two years ago as a digital nomad and now have my home base there. I agree with one of the previous reviews. Tucson is a great place for outdoor activities, hiking, rock climbing, etc. Yes it's hot in the summer, but monsoon rains are magnificent when they come. The cost of living is lower than a lot of other areas in the country, and as a woman I've never felt particularly unsafe.
