Canggu has changed quite a lot. Inmigration treats tourist like shit. Congestion and traffic is a nightmare. Horrible Pollution. Been living here 2 years and I am def closing this chapter. I've been here 2 years now. I pay for internet at 3 seperate places (home, office, 2nd apartment on seaside) I pay about $20 USD / month for 300Mbps/300Mbps at each of the 3. Internet here is super cheap, reliable and fast.

This city doesn't deserve to be ahead of cities like Da Nang or Chiang Mai. Still way to underdeveloped. Yes a lot of coffees for wifi but dirty and overall not great conditions for nomads. You'll not find almost any nomads there. I would skip it.

I liked Dubai a lot! It's definitely an indoor lifestyle especially in the summer when it's 45'C outside. But that's very similar to Bangkok which is also an indoor lifestyle in my opinion. The city is overrated. I feel like I have to be on guard most of the time. People are always trying to scam you, from taxi drivers to waitresses. It's fine for a three-day vacation which is more than enough but staying long-term is very subjective... Airbnbs are overpriced for what you get. Turkish hospitality is a joke. They’re really good at conning tourists here. I stayed for a month, but I should've just passed through. A layover at the airport would've been plenty.

Hi guys! Tenerife is amazing. Good weather all year round, fast internet, friendly people (especially if you speak a few words Spanish), low criminality. I was in the South in Adeje where I found an amazing coliving place (check google: Ojala Casa Tenerife). It's by far the best place to be in Europe.
