I spent 4 months working here during summertime. It's one of the best summers I have ever had in my life. The city is just amazing and offers dozens of outdoor activities. There are so many different places such as parks, lakes, hills, mountains, beaches, etc. Also, you can feel the Californication vibe on every step. The most vietnamese city in Vietnam. The Old Quarter and West Lake are the highlights. If you come, try the egg coffee. Be mindful Vietnam has cracked down on visas, and it is not as friendly to foreigners. I was able to relax after I received a 5-year spousal visa.

Da Nang is a fantastic city, with all the amenities that you could wish for. From great beaches to beautiful mountains arund. Next to this, the Vietnamese fantastic is just fantastic. Happy to also have found Coworking Danang which offers a great vibe and community in the city. Can totally recommend!

I don’t recommend living here full time. The summers are unbearably hot and humid and you have to drive 1+ hours to the closest beach. Actually, you have to drive everywhere because everything is a 20+ min drive. Traffic is terrible and everything is under construction. There are lots of bugs, mosquitos, gators, roaches, etc… You can be here for months and not do all the different entertainment, restaurants, experiences the Orlando area has to offer.
