Lived in Antigua for over a year and I absolutely loved it! It´s called the city of eternal spring because the weather is like a perfect spring day all year round. There are two seasons, rainy and non-rainy but in rainy season (May-Oct) it only rains for 3-4 hours in the afternoon then stops. I've been here 2 years now. I pay for internet at 3 seperate places (home, office, 2nd apartment on seaside) I pay about $20 USD / month for 300Mbps/300Mbps at each of the 3. Internet here is super cheap, reliable and fast.

Puerto Viejo has grown in recent years. Before wifi was hard to find. Now with several high speed co working spots like "Boa Coworking and cafe". Office in the jungle but walking distance to all thats necessary!

Loved this city! It is not big although has great nightlife, coworkings, amazing streetart and is quite cheap. Although, when I visited in December 2021 they had problems with garbage removal.

I spent a month in Tirana in February 2022 and then returned in October for a one-week stay. Generally, I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Tirana. Absolutely loved it! The largest old city in the country, great souvenir shopping (loads of cat themes, good quality, better souvenirs then Budva and other places), loads of real cats, breathtaking views, very friendly local people, everything is super close. Most streets are uphill, so be ready to get fit!
